Alan Kreitzer Quotes

«We wanted to clear the air on the status of the speedway but nobody is quite sure just yet. We just told them what could happen and make sure the competitors knew that they were going to have a place to race on Saturday night next year either way.»

«It's still a little early to tell what will happen here. DIRT has not had much of a response yet and I'm sure that's coming. We have to be fair to them as well. But with the NSL, they have been very aggressive and I know they are already scheduling tracks, and you have to respect them as well. It's not just some guy throwing it together on a whim. They signed the drivers and now are going after the tracks. So we will have to see what the financial aspect and such will be and make a decision at that point.»

«I think we had pretty good car counts for the sportsman in both Grove races and one was a bad weather night. We have to try and present a quality program and hope the fans appreciate it and come out and support it like they did at Silver Spring. Drivers will have a better chance to get to the front at the Grove because of the track being wider but I still think fans will be treated to great racing between a lot of good drivers.»
