WWI influenza disease

During the year of 1918, World War I, accompanied by the infamous influenza epidemic, left an unforgettable scar on the world. A broadcast on PBS, presented by David McCullough, proved that WWI aided the spread of influenza. There were various things that helped spread the influenza, but only a few were significant. …soon after left Ft. Riley and traveled to Europe to fight in WWI, which spread the epidemic over vast regions. Back home in America, the American people bonded together to support the war, spreading the deadly virus even further. The year 1918 was indefinitely one of the most tragic years in American history, and in the history of the world. The legacies of all those people lived and died through the terror shall never be forgotten.
