Slavery vs. Colored Prejudice: Which Came First?
Slavery is a continuously controversial and debatable issue. Divergent viewpoints dispute what exactly began this separation of races. Questions continue to arouse the origin of black slavery. Evidently, colored prejudice was in fact the foundation of slavery.

superiority that the white man felt gave the notion that they had the right to mistreat another being, because of the color of their skin. Many try to justify this forced servitude on agricultural needs, but nothing can make up for the mistreatment the slaves endured. Stereotypes dating back to biblical times help indicate that a colored prejudice was in fact, already established. Hopefully, humanity has learned from previous misapprehensions and slavery will remain historical.
