…of unarmed innocents, children, even babies, it is ridiculous for anyone disregard the possibility of an even greater war. People today deny the very existence of the Holocaust, and at least as early as 11 years after it happed, there were "those who wanted to bury such memories...and lastly, to deny the very existence of the concentration camp world" (Francois 634). If we do not learn and accept our past we are doomed to repeat it.
