…an arbiter who solves disputes between the other two branches. We can not forget that the executive is a necessary branch and for most of the time beneficial to the country. We also can not forget that the executive branch is only beneficial when there is a balance of power between the three branches. If given too much unchecked power, the executive branch will most likely become a nightmare to American democracy and civil rights.
