Let us learn a timeless lesson from this terrible tragedy, so that such a cataclysm may never again torment human lives. Let us honor the courage and bravery of those, like John Rabe, who dared to defy. Let us pity those lives extinguished and those shattered, and in turn, cherish our own years. Let us always remember.
