The Meaning of Freedom.

Thomas Jefferson wrote the Declaration of Independence in 1776. He wrote it so that all the people can realize their rights. The Declaration of independence was written to strongly emphasize the three rights that all men have. They are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. It states that all men are created equal.
