(xii) Knowledge is power attitude, certain people in the workforce may know some information useful to the whole workforce and believe that they are empowered by such knowledge, this will lead to employee de-motivation.
(xiii) Lack of promotion chances, this will lead to a feeling of employee entrapment and de-motivation.
(xiv) Buck passing, managers and superiors should be willing to accept responsibility for their actions and decisions and not blame subordinates for their failings.
