…and how useful this myth is Leading isn't about controlling, directing, prodding and manipulating anymore, although it used to be a true statement, but the shift from the old paradigm to new and the change in times means it is no longer necessary and doesn't work. It is only a useful myth in the sense that people can learn from it, they must learn to balance their managerial and leadership skills to become effective leaders.
