Bringing specialists from different departments together and working on common solution to the problem can be very difficult and if mishandled it can alienate people instead of helping them in handling their obstacle. I would expect from my job that it would help this team to work out their disagreements and bring them to mutual understanding. It could be achieved if they focused on the issue and exchanged rational observation. Conflicts that would originate from their different points of view and different opinions have potential of constructing solution that would be adaptable and beneficial to all.
