The unethical practice of keeping slaves has been a large part of many countries. The slave trades in Pre-colonial Buganda and America were each crucial parts of their own societies. person's natural qualities. Both mostly acquired foreigners to be slaves. Yet there are some differences. In Buganda, slaves are given more rights and are overall treated better. In America slaves faced more cruelty and hardships. They were taken away from there homes and brought to another continent. Buganda's slaves at least stayed more or less nearby there people and didn't enter a whole new world. Both societies used the same sort of terrible labor; slavery.
