…belief that Paramount need to improve their hygiene factors compared to what their employees currently have. Better working conditions will help to attract more full time staff, and more reliable casual staff. It is my belief that by doing the following and by doing it soon Paramount may be able to improve the three criteria of efficiency, productivity and quality enough in order to be ISO9003 compliant by the end of a twelve month period.
