He had mixed fiction with fact, love with hate and death with desire. Capturing the history of the Moulin rouge between 1899 and 1900 but with a modern twist. He has created characters and used some characters that actually worked at the Moulin

fan of musicals then this is the movie for you. It's up there in the sound of music and Grease. It's original and clever with great graphics and you'll be surprised that none of this film was made outside but rather all in studios in Hollywood. The movie would not have been as good if the cast wasn't so perfectly fitted to their parts. I give this movie a 4 and a half out of five.
