More colleges making health insurance mandatory

This article is stating that there are a few colleges in the United States authorizing that students have health insurance before they attend there first class. The problem with the colleges doing this is that college tuition has already skyrocketed to its highest price range ever. I'd say overall the article is very informative and overall a very good article. It also is relative to me because I am a college student and I was not aware of this situation that is going on.
