Minors and the Death Penalty

…want to come back. Executions I feel are not exactly the ticket for a deterrent but like most of the others I do believe that some crimes are inexcusable. The crime in this article if it was committed by an 18 or 21 year old I believe should be put to death for having involved children. If there were no children involved I believe after 20 years he could have been given a chance at a new life.
