schools existed under steadily deteriorating conditions. Because of increasing Nazi pressure and of their increasingly deteriorating conditions, they were forced to close on the 7th July 1942. This left all German Jewish children with absolutely no opportunity to go to school and develop their studies.
Moreover, outside their school life, Jewish children were banned from using public recreational facilities and playgrounds, and could no longer belong to the same clubs and social organizations as Aryan children.
