Is U.S.A developing?

I am writing this letter to inform you of just how appalling the situation of the population crisis really is in my country. We need more help. Poverty, deforestation, soil erosion, lack of water, extensive agriculture, illiteracy, lack of family planning, popualtion growth rates and income are just some of the issues we are facing. …manage but we must ask for help from Haiti's neighbouring countries like the Dominican Republic, Cuba, Bahamas, Jamaica and more help from the United States of America. We also suggest help from our former owner, France, as we used to be part of the French nation.
