How Amylase Digests Starch.

Introduction Enzymes are proteins that are involved in all the chemical processes in living things. As they are made of proteins they are affected by pH and temperature. …unable to repeat the experiment, as there was not enough time during the lesson. I think that we could have improved the method by checking the solution at more regular intervals, e.g. every minute. This would have told us more accurately how fast the amylase digested the starch. I think I could also have improved the method by having more of the solution. I don't think 1cm3 is enough to determine a proper conclusion.
