Folkways assignment - Personal Experiences

The summer of 2000, I work as a United States census employee. The job included going door to door, helping citizens fill out government census forms. The job was quite rewarding because I had the opportunity to meet different people from all walks of life and interviewed them about there private lives. …laugh and I was on my way again. It is a wonderful way to experience how other people live. I enjoyed the experiences I encountered as a census employee and hope I get the chance to do it again in 2010. I will make sure I keep a larger supply of suckers, and my shoes too. It was truly an experience I will long remember and will take there answers and little secrets to my grave.
