Each sociologist has his own theory, and if analysed well one may notice that most agree on the fact that the way a culture thinks and the norms and values it upholds highly affect the number and ways of the deviant. Thus one may conclude from the studies these sociologists have offered that deviance is somewhat defined by the culture in which the deviant is living.
