Enzymes
Experiment #1- Effect of concentration of enzyme on rate of reaction.
Variables- Concentration.
Purpose- To find the amount of gas produced by different concentration of peroxides
decomposing.
Hypothesis- The higher the concentration of the peroxidase the more gas will be produced.
Experiment #2- Effect of temperature on the rate of reaction.
Variables- Temperature.
Purpose- To determine if the peroxidase will be effected by temperature.
Hypothesis- Peroxidase treated with higher temperature will produce more gas

almost correct however the temperature where the enzyme reacts the best is around 50 C. And from any temperature beyond that, the enzyme becomes unstable and the production is totally reversed. Finally there is the pH, again the hypothesis in incorrect because the best level of pH is near neutral. This does make more sense because the pH of most animals including humans is near neutral.
