Embryo Ownership: Men's and Women's Rights Recently, there has been much progress with the process of in vitro fertilization. Infertile couples are able to have kids, through therapy or through a surrogate, and now through embryo implantation. This is a process in which both egg and sperm are taken from a man and a woman and the egg is then fertilized by the sperm. Then the egg is implanted in the woman, resulting in pregnancy.

taken up in the court system by people who are fighting for such reasons. Women will not be able to any longer resort to Roe to try and fight for an embryo. If this was allowed, and the Roe v. Wade case held weight in a case over embryo ownership, men's rights would be violated. This could be devastating for men's rights. Hopefully, in the future America can resolve these issues, before something drastic happens.
