Demeanor of a Trial Judge.

The way in which every judge reaches decisions in the courtroom differs depending on many different criteria. These criteria are aspects of their education, training, experience, personality, and their family history. Since all of these can never be the same for any two judges', the question of what makes a great judge should be raised in order to establish a uniform position for a uniform system. …all imposed influences in mind, these being two extremes, judges can fall toward either side. In this regard, trial-judges are in no way non-human. They are not uniform and they all decide upon cases with many different considerations and views. They are mostly guided by the law and make decisions based upon this. What they consider as important in a case outside of the law is what makes a great judge or a poor judge.
