Courage.

Courage is not fearlessness but the willingness to face fear. One example of true courage is sticking by your friends when the odds seem impossible. It is that feeling that comes to you when you just know everything is wrong but you want to make everything right. If someone criticized your friend, even if it were true, you might want to back him or her up because you'd expect him/her to do the same …

…that is truly courage. Not everyone is able to do that. Sometimes I even doubt myself. If I see person facing unjust challenges or getting bullied, will I be strong enough to defend that person? Perhaps, I will but when it comes down to the truth, I hope I have enough courage. Courage is not fearlessness but the willingness to face fear. Sometimes it is your greatest fear that brings out the courage in you.
