Capital punishment is the most severe form of corporal punishment as it is requires law enforcement officers to kill the offender. Capital punishment is a decision that no man or woman deserves to make for other human beings. Capital punishment is just an admission of society's ignorance and has no place in today's society. There are too many flaws in inherent in enforcing capital punishment; therefore capital punishment should never be sanctioned.
