point fingers at each other, discriminate each other, and hate each other simply because of misunderstanding provoked by our differences. It is impossible if not insane to try to have all men and women to do things alike in only one way. The only solution to this gender problem: sexism, our misunderstandings, our mutual accusations and our dissatisfaction is for us to "[Understand] the other gender's style, and [learn] to use it on occasion" (Tannen, 223).
