Aim To design and carry out an experiment to look at one factor which affects the enzyme catalase.
Catalase is involved in the breakdown of Hydrogen Peroxide into water and oxygen.

that Oxygen dissolves in water, it affects the reliability of my results, since the lower the temperature the more Oxygen will dissolve and the more vigorous the reaction, the more Oxygen will dissolve meaning more gas was produced than recorded.
I feel my conclusion is unaffected by these limitations. However, I also feel that I could make a more definite conclusion stating optimum temperature and denaturation point if I did not have any time limitations.
