It is hard to gauge what will happen to Russia in the future as in 2008; President Putin will be resigned from his presidency position and structure of Russia's political system might change, be it for the better or for the worse. However, at present, it seems that it is unlikely for Russia to become a capitalist country unless the above mentioned measures are taken.
