Acid rain and it impacts on living things and the enviroment

Based on research, by the year of 2005 more than 95,000 lakes and streams in the Northern American regions will be damaged by acid rain. The pollutants in acid rain can affects human health in a lot of different ways. Governments have passed laws to reduce emissions of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide, but it doesn't really work unless people start to work together in stopping the release of these pollutants.
