…anyone else's. Furthermore, if a homosexual does break a law or regulation they can do no more harm than a heterosexual breaking the same law or regulation. Homosexuals have previously served effectively and with distinction in the military. More importantly, they have served without compromise and are capable of continuing to do so. Any problems would therefore be more a consequence of "homophobia" rather than homosexuality, and so their enlistment should not be in question.
