Dear Congressmen, Today on Monday August 6, 1787 we finally settled on the first draft of the Constitution. This was a big step, because Northern colonies couldn't agree with with these new set of laws we are providing as a basis for the United States. …states and now is signed and agreed on by all. The states carry their own piece of the Constitution and they amend it to the ways they need. So, it is now ready to be copied and processed, then sent out to be our foundation and distinct set of rules for our country.
