…of life in prison upon first-time sexual predators, offenders are sure to strike again. It is a proven fact that on average, 117 children are molested for each sexual offender in the United States. Governor Paul Cellucci must amend the legislation of September 10, 1999 in order to keep America safe. It must include a mandatory life in prison sentence for all first-time sexual offenders. Only then can America be safe from upcoming offenses by the same predator.
