…which clean their governments off corruption, and install socialist governmental schemes in their countries; 5.<Tab/>Helping countries form stable democratic governments, through foreign elections inspectors; 6.<Tab/>Relieving communal tensions, through educating the poor masses; 7.<Tab/>Giving the developing countries' poor training in job specialization; 8.<Tab/>Sending foreign advisors to guide the developing countries' on the effective use of land.
